Newcity’s July/August issue will include a special Art in Wisconsin guide dedicated to the state’s flourishing art scene, from the lakefront Racine ecosystem to Sheboygan’s Kohler Arts Center and Art Preserve to Milwaukee’s constellation of institutions and galleries, and everything in between.
