This summer, the Music Box Theatre will celebrate its milestone 90th anniversary as Lakeview’s neighborhood movie palace. This special eight-day celebration will highlight the Music Box’s favorite programs with a marketing launch that includes a commemorative video, special anniversary branding, and expanded media coverage.
Businesses and brands who wish to partake in this anniversary are encouraged to advertise in the commemorative edition of the calendar, which will include a feature on the history of the theatre. The edition covers a twelve-week period at the Music Box that includes other major events like the screening run of Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Noir City and the Music Box of Horrors.
The calendar is printed as a pocket-sized magazine (5.375 inches wide by 8.375 inches tall) and functions as both a visitors guide to the venue as well as a marketing tool for neighboring and citywide businesses and events. Calendars are also mailed directly to participants in the Music Box Theatre’s growing membership program.
