Newcity is pleased to announce the return of our chronicle of the movers and shakers in Chicago’s sonic scene, Music 45: Who Keeps Chicago in Tune, timed to coincide with the Pitchfork Music Festival.

As part of our Leaders of Chicago Culture Series, this year we return, as we do every other year, to chronicling the behind-the-scenes forces—club owners, executive directors, promoters, etc.—who create Chicago’s music landscape. (Click here to see previous editions.)
