We are pleased to announce that, starting this month, Jason Foumberg has taken on the new role of Associate Editor at Newcity.
In this role, he’ll continue to oversee the Art section, and take on the oversight of a newly christened Design section, which will encompass fashion, home, architecture, graphic and product design. This will officially launch with the debut of Design 50 on March 21.
In addition, he’ll be working closely with Newcity editors on cover stories, as well as various other editorial responsibilities.
Jason’s been writing for Newcity since 2006, and since he took over editorship of the art section in 2007, we’ve built it into the city’s leading source for visual arts coverage, a success we intend to replicate with Design.
